Terms of Service (ToS)
Welcome to PIForge. By accessing our website and purchasing our software/symbols, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. License Grant: When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software per the EULA.
2. Restrictions: You may not redistribute, resell, or share your license keys or the downloaded files under any circumstances.
3. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect and use your data.
- Data Collected: Email address, encrypted password, purchase history, and IP address for security.
- Payment Data: We do not store credit card numbers. All payments are securely processed by PayPal or Stripe.
- Data Sharing: We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Refund Policy
Standard Policy for Digital Goods:
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once a license key has been generated and the file has been accessed.
Exceptions are only made in the event of severe, provable technical failures where the software completely fails to operate on the specified system requirements, and our support team is unable to provide a fix within 30 days.
End User License Agreement (EULA)
This EULA is a legal agreement between You (either an individual or a single entity) and PIForge for the software products ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
By installing, copying, or using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to these terms. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws.
Limitation of Liability: PIForge shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of business profits, business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
